Every item is scored against each bucket using weighted keyword rules, publisher category tags, and a per-source prior. Scores become a bounded confidence value, and an item is published to every bucket that clears the routing threshold — a ransomware crew exploiting a fresh CVE appears in all three feeds, because it belongs in all three.
